The death of the saints is Glorious to God.
Ps. 116:15 God says the death of His saints is precious. The passing of a saint is a special occasion to God. I believe it is like in the bible when the prodigal son came home the Father killed the fatted calf and had a party. I believe when one of God’s children comes home there is much rejoicing and shouting.
Ecc.7:1-2 A good name is better than precious ointment and the day of death is better than the day of birth. Just think how happy and joyous your parents were when you were born. Now you know how God feels about you when he calls you home.
Ecc.3:12 There is a time for everything. A season for every activity under heaven. A time to be born and a time to die.
Phil.1:21 Paul wrote for me to live, is Christ and to die gain. Remember Paul had seen heaven. He said for him to die was gain.
Phil.1:23 Paul said, He was pulled between wanting to go home to heaven to be with Christ which he said was far better than staying here.
My Dad, told me when he was twelve years old he had fallen and hit his head and had died. He said he went to heaven. He said it was wonderful there. But Jesus said to him he had to come back. Dad said he did not want to come back but Jesus said it wasn’t his time. My Dad has now past on. He is in that wonderful place he had onced visited.
Jesus said He was going away to prepare a place for you and I that where He is we may be.
